Refund policy

At The Funky Hanger, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we offer store credit for eligible returns.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the original hang tag still attached. Items without the tag will not be accepted for return.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
